After another safe and successful Summer on the water despite the mixed weather across the country!
So as we now head into the quieter months the Irish Sailing Training Team are exploring how training is managed within the Club framework to improve for the 2025 season. This survey is primarily aimed at club leaders who are facilitating training within their clubs, Training Officers, Junior Organisers and Commodores.
