Racing & Development Officer
This role is responsible for helping to implement initiatives to grow and enhance the quality of racing at all levels, with a focus on club support, race official training, junior and youth pathways, and regional collaboration.
This role will support the growth and sustainability of Irish Sailing’s racing activity through training and structured youth racing opportunities while also providing direct development support to clubs ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by the Racing Manager.

Environment, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer
This role will lead and execute initiatives and programmes that bring people to the sport or sailing and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity across the organisation, their affiliates, and the sailing community together with communicating environmental projects and best practices.

Safeguarding & Compliance Officer
This role will help ensure that Irish Sailing and its affiliate members, clubs, training centres, classes, and national & regional bodies, have best-in-class child safeguarding policies, processes, and procedures in place, in line with legislation and best practice. It is expected that the role will assume the responsibilities of National Children’s Officer for Irish Sailing.
