A Club Coach supports sailors in refining techniques, strategies and focus for competitive performance through personalised skills progression and high-level goal setting.
Club Coaches often have Class specialities and all will have significant racing and development experience.

Listed below you will find current Approved Irish Sailing Club Coaches.

 

All Club Coaches must hold the following;

  • Irish Sailing Coach Training 
  • National Powerboat Certificate or equivalent with tiller and console endorsement
  • Valid Emergency Care
  • Valid Garda Vetting
  • Valid Safeguarding Level 1
  • Minimum age 17
  • Racing Reference – log of personal racing experience
