Please Note:

The International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft is not a training course, and the Direct Assessment procedure is only suitable for sailors or powerboaters who have significant previous experience and the required competencies.

For those who are less experienced or wish to learn the required skills it is recommended to undertake a training course from the Irish Sailing National Cruising Scheme or National Powerboat Training Scheme. Certificates issued on successful completion of certain courses from these schemes can be used to apply directly for an ICC.

Complete your application form and post in to Irish Sailng, 3 Park Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, A96 K3C3.
